Dispensing options

Format, packaging and delivery condition guide the choice of mechanism.

Conveyors

Conveyor movement allows the product to be transported to the exit point. Dimensions, friction and stability of the packaging need to be evaluated.

Spindles or springs

Product advancement and release settings. Interitem spacing and mechanism geometry are evaluated with representative samples.

With or without elevator

The need to transport the item to the pick-up area depends on the internal organization and handling and delivery conditions.

Technology and components

Mechanics, control and user experience.

Understand the sets involved in dispensing and the points that define the technical composition of each machine.

Each application has its own technical composition. Brands, models and supply specifications are defined in the proposal.

From storage to pickupDelivery mechanism

Belts, spindles or springs guide and release the product. The presence of an elevator depends on the internal organization and the desired delivery condition.

Selection
The item's shape, weight, packaging, and stability guide the mechanism.
Validation
Representative samples allow you to evaluate progress and release.
Capacity
Number of positions and storage defined for the product mix.
The logic of dispensationControl and drives

The control system controls the release sequence and movement mechanisms provided for the machine.

Architecture
Controller, motors and drives selected according to configuration.
Sensing
Evaluated detection and confirmation points for the product and mechanism.
Components
Manufacturers and models specified in the technical proposal.
A clear user experienceInterface and release

The way to select and release items follows their intended use: sale, authorized withdrawal or other flow defined in the project.

Operation
Selection interface and user guidelines defined in the scope.
Liberation
Payment or authorization methods assessed for the application.
Replacement
Accesses and supply routine considered in the machine design.
Integration according to scopeConnectivity and management

Communication needs, withdrawal records and connection to external systems are evaluated during project definition.

Communication

Telemetry and management · Carioli Vending

Follow the operation. Plan the next action.

Carioli Vending brings together information from connected machines in a panel via the browser. Consult communication, sales and inventory to guide your team's routine.

Illustrated cycle: product choice, payment, delivery, synchronization and sales and stock management.

  • Know which machines are connected

Check the communication status and last contact of each device. Identify machines that are not connected or are undergoing maintenance.

  • View sales history

Track orders, amounts and payment and delivery situations. Filter by machine and period to understand the movement of the operation.

  • Organize replacement

See balances by product and machine position. Minimum limits help identify items that need supply.

  • Investigate incidents with context

Consult events and alerts associated with the equipment, such as loss of communication. History supports analysis and service.

Connection and update

Data arrives periodically, depending on the configuration and network. Queued records are synchronized upon reconnection; the panel shows the last contact received.

Integration by equipment

Carioli machines and existing equipment undergo evaluation of interfaces, software and sensors. The available data depends on this integration.

Scope of hiring

Resources, access, deployment, connectivity and support are defined in the proposal. Check the options on the Carioli Vending page.

Application possibilities

Self-service for different operations.

Sale of products, authorized withdrawal and services: configuration is part of the usage routine. Each application needs to be evaluated with its installation, supply and user interaction conditions.
