Our approach

How we develop your equipment.

A process that connects operation requirements to engineering decisions, testing and delivery. Each step has a goal and validation points with the customer.

The application guides the project

An engineering base.
The configuration of your operation.

The CR-NX line builds on an established Cartesian robot architecture. Axis travel, axes, grippers and integration are selected for the application. A new operation requires technical assessment; it does not mean designing the entire machine from scratch.

In other solutions, the depth of each step follows the complexity and contracted scope. Definitions, responsibilities and validation criteria continue the work between the client, engineering and operations.

From requirement to delivery

Six steps. Connected decisions.

Steps may overlap. The applicable sequence, documents and validations are defined for each project.

  1. Survey

    Understand the operation

We analyze the product, flow, load, desired cycle and available space. Installation conditions, access, security and interfaces with other equipment also guide the survey.

    What we deliver or validate
Application requirements and points that need confirmation, measurement or testing.
    How the customer participates
Share data, samples, photos and videos of the process; appoint technical and operational managers.
  2. Feasibility and scope

    Define the solution

We assess feasibility and select the configuration: axes, travel, gripper, payload and integration. We define the scope of supply, responsibilities and conditions for validating the expected performance.

    What we deliver or validate
Technical scope, assumptions, supply limits and acceptance criteria agreed.
    How the customer participates
Validate the proposal, clarify the interfaces and align the operating conditions considered in the project.
  3. Design and integration

    Detail the engineering

We connect mechanics, electrical and automation. Layout, operating sequence, interfaces and operating resources are detailed according to the scope, with attention to maintenance and conditions of use.

    What we deliver or validate
Technical definitions and expected documentation to guide construction and integration.
    How the customer participates
Check interfaces with the factory and approve the decision points defined for this stage.
  4. Supplies and Assembly

    Build and integrate

We coordinate supplies, manufacturing, assembly and scheduling. The parts begin to work as a unit, while integration adjustments are evaluated against equipment requirements.

    What we deliver or validate
Assembled and integrated set, prepared for the planned tests; pending issues identified for monitoring.
    How the customer participates
Make inputs or components available under your responsibility and confirm conditions for the next steps.
  5. Functional check

    Test and validate

We check movements, sequences and functioning with the agreed conditions and samples. Tests compare the equipment with acceptance criteria and help identify adjustments before delivery.

    What we deliver or validate
Records of tests carried out, conditions evaluated and any pending validation.
    How the customer participates
Participate in planned validations and provide representative samples when necessary for testing.
  6. Installation and after-sales

    Deliver and track

We plan the installation, start-up and team orientation according to the contracted supply. Acceptance considers the agreed conditions, and subsequent follow-up follows the channels defined with the client.

    What we deliver or validate
Documentation and planned guidelines, registration of acceptance and forwarding of pending issues, if any.
    How the customer participates
Prepare the site, make the team available and confirm the conditions necessary for installation and operation.

The Carioli approach · Central Carioli

The progress of the project needs to be understandable.

The Carioli Central is implemented and in use to organize the monitoring of projects and the traceability of information between stages. The objective is to give context to the progress: the expected milestone, what has been validated and the next step.

  • StagesA view of the sequence and milestones defined for the equipment.
  • SchedulesSchedule references, considering the dependencies and agreed adjustments.
  • RecordsProject information that supports monitoring and decisions.

The availability of access to the Center and the information shared are defined with the team for each project, according to the resources deployed and access permissions.
