No account required. Do not send passwords, tokens or a full copy of a document in the first message. If identity confirmation is required, the request will be proportionate to the risk and the request.
2. Message template
Hello, I would like to request [access/correction/deletion/other right] of my personal data. My name is [name] and I used [phone or email] to contact. The request refers to [description or period, if known]. I ask for confirmation of receipt and information about the arrangements.
3. What happens next
Carioli must confirm receipt, verify identity when necessary, locate records and evaluate the appropriate action. The response must inform the measure adopted or justify possible conservation, with its basis and criteria. The exercise of rights is free.
The deadline depends on the applicable law and rules. We do not promise immediate or unconditional deletion: legal obligations and other LGPD hypotheses may justify keeping certain records. Archiving, moving to the trash or deactivating a user does not, in itself, equate to deleting the data.
Backup copies and preserved records must remain protected and limited to the appropriate purpose, with elimination according to the applicable cycle. Deletion by Carioli does not automatically delete messages on third-party devices or records maintained by platforms under their own responsibility.
4. Central Carioli and follow-up
For data processed in the Center, also consult the specific instructions from Central Carioli. You can use the same email channel and indicate the systems or services involved, without having to make duplicate requests.
