1. Who it applies to
This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data processed by E A DE F Carioli Engenharia — Carioli Engenharia in the context of Central Carioli.
You can request analysis even without a system access account. This includes people who contacted the company or whose data appears in a service.
2. How to submit the order

Enter only what is necessary to locate your records:
- Your name.
- The telephone number with area code or email used when contacting Carioli.
- The scope of the request: specific service, an access account or personal data related to you.
- A protocol or approximate period of care, if known.
Do not send passwords, tokens, authentication codes or a full copy of an identity document upon first contact. If it is essential to confirm the identity or representation of another person, we will provide the minimum information and the appropriate means.

4. How the order will be handled
The responsible team must:
- Confirm receipt via the contact channel.
- Verify identity proportionately when necessary.
- Locate pertinent records and evaluate the request.
- Carry out the appropriate measures.
- Inform the result, including any data retained, reason and criteria for the duration of conservation.
The exercise of rights is free. The applicable deadlines depend on the nature of the request and the legislation. This page does not promise immediate deletion nor does it set a universal deadline for all requests. If action cannot be taken immediately, the response must explain the situation and the next steps.
5. Disposal and conservation
The analysis may result in the deletion, anonymization, correction, blocking or conservation of certain records, depending on the situation.
A deletion request does not mean that every business document must be deleted: it will be assessed which personal data is necessary, which can be removed and whether there is a basis for keeping part of it.
The existence of a linked protocol or a software limitation, in itself, does not justify retaining data indefinitely. When necessary, the request must receive specific treatment outside the common trash cleaning routine.
6. File, recycle bin and access account
These are different operations:
- Archive service: changes your organization in the operational flow.
- Send to trash: changes its state and may allow restoration.
- Disable access: prevents a person from using your account.
- Respond to deletion request: requires evaluating personal data and related records.
Therefore, none of these buttons, alone, proves the complete deletion of the person's data.
7. Integrations and copies
The request to Carioli covers the treatments under its responsibility. It does not automatically remove messages on other participants' devices or data maintained independently by Meta/WhatsApp or other services.
When it is necessary to communicate measures to recipients with whom Carioli shared data, the team must evaluate and carry out this communication.
If backup copies exist, the analysis will consider their retention cycle and eventual restoration. The reported result must distinguish the deletion in the systems in use from data still justifiably preserved in other records or copies.
8. Follow-up and other requests
To track the request, reply to the same email, mentioning the protocol if it has been provided. If you do not receive a response, please forward the message with the original order date.
The same channel receives requests for access, correction, clarification on sharing and other privacy issues. You can also resort to competent channels, including ANPD.
