Version 1.0 · Editorial review on October 1, 2026 · Central Carioli
1. Responsible and object
THE Central Carioli is maintained by E A DE F CARIOLI ENGENHARIA, commercially identified as Carioli Engenharia, to organize your services, contacts, protocols and internal activities.
These terms govern authorized access to the application. The contact for questions, support and incident reporting is contato@carioliengenharia.com.br.
“Carioli Connect” is a name for the functional evolution of Central Carioli, not an independent service with a public customer registry.
2. Audience and availability of features
The application is intended, at this stage, for people expressly authorized by Carioli. Being a customer, supplier or sending a message to the company does not automatically grant access to the Center.
The solution is being implemented and approved. Resources made available for testing may have limitations, which must be informed to participants. A demonstration or testing event does not constitute proof of external integration working in production.
Advanced CRM, automation, expanded project management and MRP are part of the planned evolution. There is, under these terms, no promise of delivery on a specific date, closed set of features or availability of future modules.
3. Accounts, credentials and permissions
Access is personal and must reflect the user's responsibilities. It is the user's duty:
- Keep your credentials protected and do not share sessions.
- Use only the permissions granted.
- Report suspected account compromise.
- Request correction of accesses incompatible with their function.
- End sessions on shared devices.
Carioli may adjust or suspend access to manage the operation, accommodate changes in function or investigate incidents, respecting applicable rights and the necessary preservation of records.
The internal confidentiality classification does not prevent authorized management access. Data accessible in the Center must remain subject to each user's duty of confidentiality.
4. Permitted use
The application must be used for legitimate activities related to Carioli, including registering and monitoring requests, relating to contacts and organizing responsibilities.
It is prohibited:
- Access data without authorization or attempt to circumvent controls.
- Improperly sharing credentials, tokens or confidential data.
- Insert illegal, malicious or deliberately false content.
- Using records for purposes incompatible with the service or authorization received.
- Sending inappropriate communications or contravening rules applicable to the channel.
- Erasing or tampering with records to hide actions or compromise traceability.
5. Content and quality of information
The user must record pertinent information, verify relevant data, and distinguish facts from observations or estimates.
Internal notes, classifications, summaries, estimated values and forecasts do not replace approved documents, contracts, technical opinions or the assessment of the responsible professional.
Third-party files and data should only be inserted when the user has authorization or adequate grounds to do so. Use of the application does not transfer ownership of projects, brands, documents or other materials to Meta or other providers by provision of these terms.
6. External communications and services
External channels depend on availability, configuration, authorization and the supplier's own conditions. Carioli does not present itself as a representative of Meta.
Production WhatsApp integration and coexistence remain subject to enablement and approval. Simply registering the Meta app or login configuration does not mean that the business number is connected.
When there is integrated shipping, the existence of a shipping request should not be interpreted as delivery or reading by the recipient without corresponding confirmation.
Central permissions do not automatically extend to the WhatsApp Business app or its linked devices. The use of these environments must follow the company's and the service's own access rules.
7. Records, archiving and recycle bin
The application can maintain authorship, history and technical records of operations.
Archiving removes the service from the main flow without deleting its history. The dump allows for separate operational treatment and, when available, restoration. Final cleaning is subject to existing permits and bonds.
These mechanisms do not replace the procedure for exercising data protection rights. Deletion requests must be forwarded to the channel described on the specific page and evaluated including related records.
8. Evolution for projects and MRP
The expansion of the Center must be accompanied by access rules, responsibilities and approval criteria appropriate to each module.
Before using future resources for production, purchasing, inventory, materials planning or project stages, Carioli must define those responsible and approve the flows. System records do not dispense with engineering, safety, quality or contractual approval validation when required.
9. Availability and support
The application may undergo maintenance, updates and interruptions. These terms do not establish an SLA on availability or uninterrupted support.
The support channel is contato@carioliengenharia.com.br. When reporting crashes, provide the necessary context without forwarding passwords, secret keys, or excessive personal data.
Urgent activities must follow the operational channels agreed with Carioli. Continuity procedures must be defined by the company according to the criticality of the activities.
10. Privacy and responsibilities
The processing of personal data is described in Privacy Policy.
These terms do not waive responsibilities established by applicable legislation, nor do they imply a general waiver of rights. Specific contracts continue to govern scope, deliveries, obligations and commercial or technical approvals.
Reading these terms does not constitute unrestricted consent to advertising, use of sensitive data or sharing unrelated to the stated purposes.
11. Termination of access
Access may be terminated when the need or authorization ceases. Closing an access account does not automatically delete all records linked to the activity carried out.
Requests regarding personal data must follow the Data deletion instructions.
12. Updates and applicable legislation
Relevant changes will be identified by version and date and communicated to users according to their impact. New modules may have additional conditions, which must be presented before their use.
Brazilian legislation applies, preserving the rules of jurisdiction and the rights legally guaranteed to the parties. Questions can be directed to contato@carioliengenharia.com.br.
