The depalletizing organizes the removal of products from an already formed load. The sequence of layers, the variation in the position of the items and the stability of the handle need to be evaluated along with the line feed. Different pallets, separators and packaging may require additional devices or resources.

How it works
The operation in 3 steps.
- Present the pallet
The pallet is positioned in the pick-up area, with access to the load and reference to the pick-up positions. Films, belts and separators need to have their treatment defined before entering the operation sequence.
- Remove in sequence
The gripper picks products in the sequence defined for each layer, preserving the stability of items remaining on the pallet. Position and height variations determine the path and the resources needed to locate the pickup point.
- Feed the step
The products are supported on the conveyor or at the next station depending on availability. The pace of withdrawal follows the supply of the line; When emptying the load, the sequence involves exchanging and releasing the next pallet.

- Dimensions of products, pallets and initial load height.
- Layer pattern, separators and positioning variations.
- Handling conditions and stability of items during removal.
- Feeding cadence, pallet exchange and access to the area.
Conditions to evaluate
- Movements of products on the pallet may require position identification.
- Films, belts and separators require treatment provided for in the scope.
- The gripper and the withdrawal sequence must maintain the stability of the remaining items.
