Robotic Cells
The robot integrated into your line.
A robotic cell brings together the robot, tool, devices and interfaces necessary to perform an operation. Performance depends on the functioning of this set.
Process integration
From movement to complete operation.
The CR-NX makes the moves. The cell organizes how the product arrives, is identified and positioned, how the transfer occurs and when the next stage can begin.
The scope of supply is defined around the existing machines and agreed integration boundaries. The solution can handle product removal, transfer or palletizing, depending on the process.
Meet the CR-NX robot- Robot and tool
- Configuring the Cartesian robot and gripper for the load, gripping points and movements required.
- Power and output
- Positioning devices and interfaces with machines, conveyors and delivery areas, depending on the scope.
- Control and synchronization
- Operation sequence, exchange of signals and release conditions between the equipment involved.
- Operation and access
- Arrangement of workstations, replenishment, product removal, maintenance and safeguards for the complete system.
Scope Definition
Interfaces need to be clear.
Before the proposal, we evaluate the current process and the responsibilities of each party in the functioning of the cell.
Entry and exit
Position, orientation, frequency of arrival and destination of products. Includes the exchange of pallets or containers and the need for accumulation between stages.
Existing machines
Available signals, control access permissions, device space, and windows for installation and integration.
Acceptance criteria
Reference products, expected sequence, work cycle and conditions under which the set will be evaluated. These criteria are part of the technical definition of supply.

Integration example
The cell in a real application.
The Midiograf project connects box removal from folder-gluers to palletizing. The installation illustrates how the robot, fixtures and operating area work together.
